How do bundles work with Shopify Markets and other currencies?
Updated · SMART Bundles App & Upsells (E-TRADE PARTNER)
A bundle shows and applies in every market unless you limit it in the bundle's Settings tab > Eligibility > Markets. Prices show in the shopper's currency: percentages stay the same, and fixed amounts are converted from your store currency unless you set an exact amount for that currency.
SMART Bundles App & Upsells is a free Shopify app for bundles, quantity breaks, free gifts and upsells.

Limit a bundle to some markets
- Open the bundle and go to the Settings tab > Eligibility.
- Under Markets, choose All markets (the default), Only these markets or All except these markets.
- Tick the markets. With Only these markets and nothing ticked, the card reminds you to Pick at least one market.
- Click Save.
Outside the chosen markets the widget is hidden and checkout gives no bundle discount. To test, switch your storefront to a market the bundle covers.
Prices in other currencies
- The widget shows product prices in the shopper's currency, as your storefront already shows them. Shopify converts store prices into local currencies (Shopify Help Center).
- Percentage off is the same percentage in every currency.
- Amount off each item, Amount off total, Fixed price per item and Fixed total price are entered in your store currency and converted at the exchange rate Shopify gives the app for the shopper's currency.
- The widget uses your store's money format and works out offer prices the same way checkout does.
Set an exact price per currency
- In an offer with an amount or fixed-price discount, click the globe button next to Value (Prices per currency).
- Click Add currency and choose a currency.
- Enter the amount and click Apply. The field then notes Own price in and the currencies you set.
- Click Save.
Currencies you don't add keep the converted amount. The globe button only appears when your store sells in more than one currency. Percentages have no per-currency setting because they don't need one.
Preview a market or currency
The preview in the bundle editor has a globe popover with Market and Currency. Market is hidden when your store has one market, and Currency when it sells in one currency.
Free gift and the other discount types
- Free gift: Eligibility > Markets has the same three choices. The cart value minimum and maximum and a fixed gift price convert at Shopify's rate; the globe button sets an exact amount per currency. See Set up a free gift.
- Volume discount, Order goal, Buy X get Y, Shipping discount: pick Markets under Eligibility to limit them to selected markets. The Advanced discount editor has no market list. Amounts in all of these convert at Shopify's rate; there are no per-currency amounts. See Customer eligibility.
Edge cases
- Mix and match picker. The products shoppers can choose from load for the shopper's country and language.
- Complete the bundle. The offer is hidden while one of its fixed products isn't available, for example when it isn't sold in the shopper's market.
- B2B. To keep B2B buyers out of a bundle, tick Exclude B2B in the same Eligibility card. B2B is an exclusion only; the app has no B2B pricing.
- Rounding. A percentage is worked out per item, so a pack total can differ by a cent or two from the percentage of the whole. For an exact pack price, use Fixed total price.
Widget texts in other languages are a separate step: see Translate the widget.

Yes. Use Fixed total price on the offer, click the globe button next to Value and set the euro amount. Other currencies keep the converted price.
